Vivian Clark, CEO of Simply Me Magazine, which Caters to Plus Size beauty. The vision of the magazine is to encourage plus sized individuals to be all that God created us to be as he shapes and molds us back into the image he created. Simply Me is not merely a magazine of fashion but offers insightful stories and tips on how to eat healthy, getting and staying in shape, loving ourselves - to be the very best we can be.

Having worked in corporate America for years leading a team at Bank of America I now work part time on the magazine, as well as an entrepreneur – the owner of Our Kids Future Kids Home Daycare which has been in operation for 8 years.

Raised in Saginaw Michigan born in Corsicana Texas, I know live with my husband in Dallas Texas. I’m a mother of one and a grandmother of three.  Grateful to be born into the kingdom for such a time as this!

1.Tell us about the mission of Simply Me Magazine.

 Our mission is to educate the Plus Size Industry with inspiring health & fitness articles, healthy eating menus, and beauty tips for a healthy life.

2.What was your inspiration behind the name Simply Me?

 After you have gone through everything and you’re ready to help yourself to do something about yourself; it’s just Simply Me who determines to do something.

  3.During your fashion shows you tend you have a lot of plus size designers. Why it is important that people in the fashion industry show love to plus size designers?

Our models are ordinary people that are plus size and have always wanted a chance to model. By showing love to plus size designers and models it simply encourages us to hang in there.

  4.   Who is your favorite photographer to work with and why?  

My vote is still out.

  5.  How can we purchase your magazine?

  7.   What do you hope that your readers gain from Simply Me Magazine?

I would like the readers to be motivated by the stories and to know that the struggle to keep in shape and eat healthy is one that they don't face alone. It is a challenge but with the help of simply me you will be inspired to keep putting one foot in front to the other. 

  8.   Do you have any up and coming events?  No not yet. I will however keep everyone posted via social media so definitely follow us and Like our page.
